10-16 Look for spiders and Bo-Bingo in the naturum's exhibition

In the naturum's exhibition we have hidden spiders. If you find a spider, you can come up to the reception with it and learn something new about spiders. If you don't find any, you can come up to the reception and ask for a clue. On your own in the exhibition, you can also look for hidden bird nests and get "Bo-Bingo"!

11-11.45 Guided tours for children and families: What do spiders and other animals do in winter?

Join us in nature for 45 minutes and look for spiders and other animals. We learn more about what they are doing now that it is getting cold and winter is almost here. Some hide in the ground, others jump into the water of Tåkern to protect themselves from the freezing temperatures and some fly south.
Cost: Free.
Age: From about 4 years and up.
Time: Every day during the autumn holidays at 11:00-11:45
Place: Gathering at the reception inside the visitor centre. Then we go out together.

13:30 Today's "scary" art, mini guided tour 5-10 min

Every day we tell you about a species at Tåkern that is scary - or is it so scary when you get to know it? How can you help it and other species?
Cost: Free.
Age: We adapt to all ages
Date: 29/10-1/11
Time: Approx. 13:30-13:40
Place: Meet at the visitor centre's reception.

16-17.15 Lantern walk with gathering around the campfire (Pre-registration required) Thursday, Friday and Saturday!
When naturum closes at 4 p.m., we gather around a common campfire while we wait for dusk. When the sun has set, a hike departs where you can borrow lanterns to find your way in the darkness. Atmospherically, we will get around a loop of about 45 minutes where we talk about what happens at dusk and at night. Who wakes up when the rest of us go to bed?
Cost: Free.
Age: Suitable for ages 10 and up.
Dates: 29/10, 30/10, 31/10
Time: 16:00- approx. 17:15
Place: Gathering inside the visitor centre.
Pre-registration is required: To naturum.takern@lansstyrelsen.se, write your name, how many participants and what day you want to come. We can accommodate a maximum of 15 people per day.
