Flute meditation Sunday 24/5 at 11-13

A warm welcome to a flute meditation at Borghamn Strand, located at the foot of Omberg and Lake Vättern. The pure tones of the crystal flute interact with the sounds of nature and guide you to a profound relaxation. The flute has a unique ability to communicate directly with both the body and the landscape around us, something that cannot really be explained, but needs to be experienced. We gather at the entrance to Borghamn Strand's restaurant for a welcome drink and a short introduction. Then we walk together to the oak landscape where the flute meditation itself takes place. In case of very bad weather, we move into Borghamn Strand's Blue Hall. There are yoga mats to borrow. But feel free to bring your own. You take clothes according to the weather. Simpler rain ponchos are available to borrow for lighter rain.
