Guide on the move - Nature guiding on Omberg

A few Saturdays this spring, a nature guide from naturum Tåkern is on site at the Ecopark Center in Stocklycke or at Hjässatorget in Omberg. The guide answers questions, shows and tells about Omberg's unique nature and culture, about care and protection, and shows a mini-exhibition of current flowers, birds and other things in nature. Nets, books and nature information are also available. Every manned day, a guided hike starts at 11 am about Omberg's flora and fauna, landscape and history. We look at flowers, birds, small insects and other wildlife. Learn more about Sveaskog's ecopark, care and protection, hiking trails, sights and current affairs for the day. At 2 pm, the guided tour is aimed at children and families with a focus on Omberg's wildlife.

Program each set day:

11-12 Nature guided tour in Ecopark Omberg. Flowers, birds, natural and cultural history,
protection and care. Free.
14-15 Omberg's wild animals – with net, magnifying glass and "animal glasses" on, we go hunting
for small insects and larger animals and the tracks they leave. Free.
