Intensive Day Grounding in Fox and Bug

This is a course for you who are thinking of testing your skills out on the social dance floor! Welcome to an inspiring day together with the instructor and dance creator Dance By Heart Junior! We offer an intensive basic course in fox, where you get the basic tools for dancing socially to calmer music. You will learn the most common basic steps in fox, how to hold each other in different ways, lead and follow, as well as movement and turns. We also offer a shorter repetition in bug for those who have some prior knowledge. We repeat basic steps, technique and turns. We also talk about, and go through how it works out on a social dance floor.
