Workshop: Roses of Ties

Welcome to a workshop at the Monastery Museum for all ages where you turn ties into beautiful handmade roses to wear close to your heart. Bring your own tie or get one in place. Everyone is welcome, no prior knowledge is required!

The workshop will take place all day during the museum's opening hours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Everyone is welcome, no prior knowledge is required.

Participation is included in the entrance to the museum: SEK 110 for adults, free for children and youth. No pre-registration is required.

Artist Ludmila Christeseva works with Ukrainian women and children who have fled the war. Through art and crafts, she creates meeting places where people can build community, find new contexts and continue their lives in the shadow of grief, loss and war. The project combines reuse, crafts, integration, cultural heritage and social sustainability.
